About Trainer

Monika Chudasama is a Master Trainer of Neuro Linguistic Programming with over 10 years of experience in the corporate world. Her work focuses on applying NLP in practical, real-life contexts from the workplace and business environments to everyday personal situations.

Coaching forms a core part of Monika’s approach. She is known for using insightful, experiential, and often unconventional methods that help people create meaningful and lasting change. Through her training and coaching work, Monika regularly travels across different parts of India, working with individuals and organisations committed to growth, awareness, and excellence.

My coaching and training approach is experiential, intuitive, and rooted in real-time facilitation rather than traditional, theory-driven methods. I do not follow a fixed syllabus or predefined topics. Instead, I trust the process and the people in it.

I intentionally avoid announcing topics in advance because I believe true learning unfolds naturally when individuals are present, open, and engaged.
